    At present, the Beijing urban planning and Design Institute is trying to use the data platform of Ali Yun Da to add a number of new ways to explore urban logistics and pportation planning.

    Such a calculation method can not accurately judge the employment and attraction and traffic volume of garment wholesale, such as clothing wholesale and other special industries, and then can not support and demonstrate the effectiveness and potential impact of the regional improvement plan (such as the relocation or upgrading of the garment city).

    Take the Dahongmen area in the southern Fourth Ring Road of Beijing as an example. It is located in the west of Nanyuan Road, the central axis of Beijing. The main road has two-way 8 lanes, but every morning and evening rush hour, there are serious congestion.

    In addition to the large traffic volume, what other causes of congestion here? In the case study provided by the Beijing urban planning and Design Institute, we can see that the freight cars in Dahongmen's clothing city contribute little to congestion.

    On the "logistics Hawkeye" cloud platform, we can clearly see that the congestion in Dahongmen area is serious before and after three p.m., and there are intensive delivery items in the area, and the intensity of logistics is also shown in red.

    Now, based on the "logistics Hawk Eye" system, we can comprehensively analyze the intensity, spatial distribution and time distribution of logistics. At the same time, we integrate the data of resident population / floating population, travel time, traffic mode, normal / accidental behavior and so on, and accurately determine the induced traffic volume and travel behavior characteristics of clothing wholesale industry, which provides a strong support for solving the above problems.

    It is understood that in January this year, Ali cloud released the world's first one-stop big data platform "number plus", a collection of computing engines, development kit, visualization tools and industry solutions, including Alibaba over ten years of big data technology.

    The platform integrates advanced technologies such as artificial intelligence, machine learning, intelligent voice, and so on, so that organizations without sufficient technical strength can also achieve "oil" extraction from data.
