Before he was 20 years old, Yan Hai bin began his career as a part-time worker.

Yan Haibing said, perhaps it is precisely because of their clear goals, learning seriously, progress is still very fast.
After a while, the basic skills of shoemaking were mastered and became the best shoemaking players in the workshop.
With the increasingly exquisite craftsmanship, Yan Hai Ping later turned to another shoe company. He also worked as a manager in the workshop. He worked much better every month than when he worked as an ordinary worker.
Having a happy life and earning a lot of money is easy for people to immerse themselves in the good results of struggle.
However, perhaps he was born with an entrepreneurial spirit. He was not satisfied with the status quo, but made a bold decision to start his own business as a shoe business.
"With shoes for so many years, the shoemaking process is very clear, but if you continue to work in the factory, that is, to give other people a lifetime of work, this is not what I want."
When talking about the reasons for his own business, Yan Haibing's eyes were full of firmness: to do his own shoes.
"Maybe at the beginning, many people didn't understand that it was unwise for me to give up a stable life, but in my opinion, as long as what I thought was right, I would try to do it. Whether it was successful or not, it was a great fortune in my life."
In 2004, Yan Hai Ping opened a shoe company through his own efforts and the help of his parents.
Every time I recall my entrepreneurial experience, Yan Haibing said, I am most grateful for the encouragement and support of my family and friends.
"Struggle is the perception of potential. Without goals, it doesn't mean that you have done things well.
Once you have found a clear goal, you must firmly move towards that goal.
He said that although he eventually embarked on the path of entrepreneurship, he still did not regret having worked in the front line for so many years.
Even in retrospect, that period is still the most thankful time of his life, and it is a great future fortune.
Because of so many years of first-hand operation experience, so the production process is very familiar with, and laid the foundation for the subsequent business; and also because of the early experience of shoe factory, let him develop the character of not afraid of hardship and not tired.
"Perhaps this is a proof that every experience in life has its meaning."

Increasingly precise grasp of the market
It is difficult to start a business.
The company is up, but it is not a simple thing to start running.
How to open up a client and open a sale has become the first problem before Yan Haibing.
Although the shoe industry has been in the industry for many years, the shoemaking process has been well understood, but after all, it has never really contacted with customers.
So from the beginning of the establishment of the company, Yan Hai bin almost daily shuttle between Hangzhou, Shanghai and other major cities, his purpose is only one, is to find customers.
At that time, he took samples of shoes produced by himself and went to the big markets to sell from door to door.
"It's common to eat behind closed doors."
He said, at that time, it was really sad that a client had to run on the four or five floor at least.
Sometimes the whole summer gets wet.
After paying, there is always return.
After running for a while, he finally talked about his first business.
"That customer is from Hangzhou. When I first went there, they ignored me."
Yan Haibing said, but he was not discouraged. Instead, he came home and brought different shoes to his customers.
"Sometimes, when he says where shoes are dissatisfied, I immediately take them back and revise them, and then I'll go over to them again overnight."
Finally, his sincerity finally moved the other side, and the other party decided to try the next one.
The successful opening of the first customer gave him great confidence and strengthened his faith.
With its sincerity and product quality, the company's customer base is beginning to expand.
However, after customers gradually stabilized, Yan Hai Ping began to plan for pformation, from the Hangzhou market to the northern market.
"To expand sales, the northern market seems more appropriate."
But this pformation is not so smooth. It has taken nearly two years to really open the northern market.
Yan Haibing still remembered his first visit to the Zhengzhou market.
It was December, and it was very cold, and there was blizzard.
Not only did the customer not talk about that, but also because of Blizzard, it took 40 hours to get home.
"It was rather gloomy at the time, but then it was not an experience," he said.
Finally, after a year, he successfully talked about the customers in Zhengzhou and gradually opened up the northern market.
"We must have confidence in our cause and pay more for it."
In order to better adapt to the rapidly changing market, Yan Hai Ping still runs around the market.
"Every time you go out, you get a harvest."
He said that in the process of running the market, he has met people from all walks of life, and his grasp of the market has also been increasingly accurate.
"The traditional OEM shoe manufacturers usually make shoes at home, which are old experience and old customers.
But now we can't do that. The market is changing so fast that we have to fully examine the market. "
Yan Haibing said that when he saw more markets, he really knew what retailers needed, so that he could take charge of seats. He also knew how to use popular materials and popular elements when he took orders. He also had more confidence in fierce market competition.
"Every stage has a new understanding."
Planning to take the road of brand development
"Business depends on integrity."
In the interview, Yan Haibing kept repeating that.
And the simple four words of "integrity management" have become his "way to success" for so many years.
On one occasion, a group of shoes were inspected for defects when they were about to deliver the goods.
After he was told, he immediately asked the workers to stop delivery, and immediately rushed to work and remanufactured a batch of shoes to be reissued to the customers.
He said that if the problem shoes were sent out to save trouble, once the problem was discovered, it would probably lead to the termination of cooperation.
"And what we lose is not just a customer. If credibility is lost, sooner or later, it will be eliminated by more and more customers."
Yan Haibing said.
It is also because of this pressure that he constantly improves his services and products to satisfy customers.
How to improve the quality? Yan Hai Ping chose to increase the quality inspection level: every line should be managed by everyone, and every step should have the responsible person.
"This may increase labor costs and slow down production, but at least the quality of products is guaranteed."
He said.
"Actually, I consider not only the credibility of our company, but also the brand reputation of our customers."
He said that their products are to be sold in shopping malls, and their brands are represented, representing their qualities.
Once a customer finds a defective product, it smashed his brand.
From a shoemaking worker to a leader in a shoe factory, Yan Hai Ping has a new understanding at every stage.
He has already made long-term plans for the future of the enterprise.
"Factories should make their brands stronger and bigger as soon as possible, laying the groundwork for future development, because only brand products can take a firm foothold in the market."
Through cooperation with other companies, he realized that the comprehensive strength of an enterprise not only includes decision-making power and execution power related to the future, such as business strategy, organizational management, talent learning, etc., but also includes practical technological innovations, such as cost cutting, quality improvement, brand innovation and brand maintenance, as well as the accumulation of management experience.
