Schools And Enterprises Jointly Develop Talents In Leather Industry.

The "TRUMPLER- tanning technology training course of TRUMPLER- Jiaxing University" jointly organized by TRUMPLER company and Germany was opened in Jiaxing University.

The training course is an exploration and practice of deep cooperation and joint education between schools and enterprises, especially the innovative talents training mode jointly run by schools and multinationals and jointly participated by many schools.

There are 20 trainees in this phase. They are from Jiaxing University, Sichuan University and Shaanxi University of Science and Technology.

The opening ceremony of the training course was held.

Jiaxing University, Dean of the dean's office, Department of light chemical engineering, leader of materials and Textile Engineering Institute, Jiaxing University team led by Professor Cheng Fengxia, Mr. Peter and Mr. Zhang Jianwei of TRUMPLER China company, TRUMPLER team led by technical expert Dr Jeffry, Sichuan University team led by Professor He Youjie, Professor of light textile and Food College of Sichuan University, and Zhou Hualong.

Professor Xu Wei, director of the leather Engineering Department of the resource and Environment College, attended the opening ceremony with the team of Shaanxi University of Science and Technology led by Prof.

At the end of the opening ceremony, the president of the school of material and textile engineering, Jiaxing University, was invited by President Yi Honglei, and the leaders and guests held a special symposium on the joint schools of school and enterprise and the strengthening of cooperation between the brothers and other colleges and universities.

After just over a week's study, the students thought that they had benefited greatly, not only learned a lot, but also learned a lot.

The theoretical and practical knowledge, the teaching method of the training class, the rigorous working attitude of teachers and the dedication spirit also impressed the students.

At the end of the learning class, the students were reluctant to part. They were grateful to all the leaders and teachers of TRUMPLER and Jiaxing University. They said they should take this training course as an opportunity to learn more about leather making technology and prepare for the service industry.

The one week training is intense, full and orderly. The training staff is composed of TRUMPLER Dr Jeffry, AJ, Raza, Vankam Bhanumurthy and so on, who are rich in theoretical and practical experience. They are also teachers of light chemical engineering specialty of Jiaxing University.

The training course is based on the laboratory of leather laboratory and TRUMPLER company of Jiaxing University. With the technology of fetal leather and sheepskin tanning as the main thread, the theory and practice are combined to make everyone do exercises, speak and do questions, answer questions and participate in vivid and intuitive teaching methods.

The training contents include raw material and wet blue leather, inspection of finished leather, purpose of leather making, implementation and control, tanning equipment, chemical materials and so on.

Especially for foreign teachers, they are full of English teaching, patient and meticulous, rich in body language, lively and humorous, and impressed by the students.
