Requirements For Social Insurance Registration Of Registered Companies In Shanghai Free Trade Area

With the gradual integration of China's economic market and the international market, more and more investors have chosen to start their own business. Our country has always been an attitude of support for entrepreneurs. In order to provide more convenience to entrepreneurs, many preferential policies have been implemented, such as the exemption of registered capital in 2012 and the incorporation of three registration cards in 2015.

Social insurance registration

In accordance with the provisions of the Beijing municipal government, the units participating in social insurance must register for social insurance and receive the social insurance registration certificate (hereinafter referred to as the registration certificate).

The unit shall, within 30 days from the date of the receipt of the business license or the date of its establishment, apply for the social insurance registration to the social insurance agency (Office) to establish the database of the unit payment information.

The unit will fill in the registration form of Shanghai social security unit (Table 1) (hereinafter referred to as "unit information registration form") and produce the following documents and information:

(1) the enterprise holds the business license of enterprise legal person (copy and copy);

(2) a public institution holds the certificate of legal person of a public institution (copy and copy);

(3) social organizations hold the certificate of registration of social organizations as legal persons (copies and photocopies);

4. Letter of introduction from the state organ to the unit;

(5) the unified code certificate issued by the state quality and technical supervision department (original and photocopy);

Other relevant documents and materials for approval.

Foreign invested enterprises should also hold the "People's Republic of China foreign investment enterprise approval certificate" issued by the relevant departments.

The offices (Institutions) set up in Beijing by foreign, Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan and foreign enterprises shall produce the registration certificate of permanent representative offices of foreign (regional) enterprises or the registration certificate of foreign-invested enterprises' offices issued by the Municipal Administration for Industry and commerce.

Domestic non legal person qualification in Beijing Branch It is also necessary to provide the authorization issued by the higher level legal entity to participate in the plenipotentiary power of Beijing's social insurance.

The unit's information registration form, the documents and information provided by the unit are immediately accepted by the social insurance agency. The registration of the social insurance payment account is issued in accordance with the registration requirements. The notice of the opening (alteration and cancellation) of the social insurance payment account in Beijing (hereinafter referred to as the "Notice of special account opening") is issued by the unit to the designated bank within 5 days.

I. The collection of industrial injury insurance premium:

1, according to the approved payment rate and payment base, the enterprise shall fill in the monthly report of the Beijing industrial injury insurance fund by 5 days before the month, and submit it to the district and county social security agency.

2, 10 days before each month, the district and county social security agencies will collect the monthly statements and review the total sum, and report them to the city social security center together with the floppy disk.

3, the district and county social security agencies shall settle accounts in the form of "entrusting banks to collect money" (no payment period). Collection of industrial injury insurance premium.

4, on the 22 day of each month, the municipal social security center collected the actual industrial injury insurance premium from the bank accounts of the district and county social security agencies, and spanferred to the municipal financial accounts on the 27 th.

Two. Employment injury insurance Payment of treatment:

1, the work-related injury insurance benefits are paid in the next month: enterprises with work-related injuries and salaries pay the monthly salary report of the Beijing industrial injury insurance fund before 5 days, and submit it to the district and county social security agencies. After checking the database of the social security agencies and the industrial injury workers' database, they will be the basis for payment of industrial injury insurance benefits.

2, the industrial injury medical expenses of work-related injury workers are examined by district and county medical insurance agencies (including: the total amount of more than 50 thousand yuan is subject to the approval of the municipal medical insurance affairs management center for reexamination. Monthly payment report "District and county social security agencies" shall be appropriated after examination.

3, the district and county social security agencies will check the seal of the monthly payment report of the monthly payment of the branch before the 10 day of each month. After the audit is approved by the social security department of the district and County Financial Bureau, the consolidated monthly payment report and the floppy disk will be submitted to the city social security center together with the city social security center. After completing the audit, the monthly payment report will be completed and submitted to the Municipal Finance Bureau before 20 days.

4, the Municipal Finance Bureau will pay the insurance fund for industrial injury workers in the city to the municipal social security center by 30 days before that month.

5, the municipal social security center was allocated to the district and county social security agencies on 2 February.

6, district and county social security agencies will be allocated to enterprises before 10 February. Enterprises should be paid to industrial injury workers in a timely manner.

Three. Unit establishment, change and cancellation:

1, the newly established entity shall, within 30 days from the date of its business license, take part in the relevant procedures for work-related injury insurance in the district and county social insurance agencies, and declare and pay the work-related injury insurance procedures in accordance with the above methods.

2. Enterprises who have participated in work-related injury insurance shall, within 30 days, hold higher level approval documents to handle the change or cancellation procedures of the industrial injury insurance fund when they are bankrupt, close, disbanded, withdraw, cancel, liquidate and concurrently.
