2016 the "big wave Cup" substantially increased the bonus quota, raising the champion's reward from fifty thousand yuan last year to one hundred thousand yuan, and will also get the opportunity to further study at the Saint Martin Art Institute in England.
The corresponding silver and bronze prizes increased from thirty thousand yuan and ten thousand yuan last year to fifty thousand and thirty thousand yuan respectively.
The new award mechanism not only reflects the importance of "big wave Cup" to original design, but also shows the desire for talents in the gathering place of big wave clothing industry.
