According to the statistics of commodity category, the 69 batch of mechanical and electrical products failed, and the failure rate was 16.6%.

Unqualified products mainly include LED lamps, festival lanterns and other lamps, imported smart toilet seats, electric razors, hair straightening appliances and other household appliances, imported automotive brake linings, brake hoses and other auto parts.

It is reported that the unqualified products found in the spot checks are closely related to consumer safety.

Among them, the detection rate of imported consumer goods was 49.9%, mainly concentrated on small household electrical appliances, stationery, clothing, automotive brake linings.

Imported automobile brake linings, as a high-risk commodity closely related to consumer safety, are not qualified in this spot check.

The Shandong Bureau inspected the 61 batches of imported brake linings, mainly from the United States, Germany, Spain, the United Kingdom and so on.

Of the 45 batches, the labels did not meet the standard requirements, and the friction properties, shear strength and compressive strain of some 17 batches of samples were lower than the standard values.

The main reasons for disqualification include signs and instructions, electrical safety and other items which do not meet the standard requirements.

109 unqualified textile products were detected, and the unqualified detection rate was 26.3%.

The unqualified products mainly include export simulation accessories, children's clothing, imported garments, children's household textiles, stationery, food contact products and so on.

The main reasons for the failure are unqualified safety mark, fiber content, color fastness, pH value and heavy metal exceeding standard. Some products are not labeled in Chinese.
