Ye Jianchun believes that the main problems of cotton textile industry in terms of technological progress are: the advanced equipment and technology application needs to be expanded, the power of enterprises to innovate products is insufficient, and the standardized coverage needs to be widened.

The direction and goal of the cotton textile industry in the future is to develop in the direction of production automation and continuity. The new spinning technology and non cotton fiber should be applied to realize on-line monitoring and strengthen product standard formulation.

At this meeting, Yan Xuxin, engineer of Zhuo Lang (Changzhou) Textile Machinery Co., Ltd. started from the equipment technology and technology, and through the application case of enterprise equipment in the practice of user quality improvement and efficiency enhancement, separately analyzed the characteristics of Zhuo Lang equipment technology from the focus issues such as capacity, land occupation, energy consumption and employment of enterprises, and provided important reference information for the pformation and upgrading of participating textile enterprises.

Zhuo Lang (Changzhou) textile machinery, as the former spinning department of Zhuo Lang group, has introduced the quality system and R & D design standard of Zhuo Lang in Germany in recent years, and followed the efforts of the Zhuo Lang TTM R & D process and intensified testing. It has made the pre spinning equipment technology continuously upgrade, and has provided excellent equipment technology for the pformation and development of domestic and foreign textile enterprises.

The JSC 326 blowing carding unit, launched by CHO Lang (Changzhou) textile machinery in 2015, has increased the carding area by about 60% compared to the traditional blowing carding unit. Therefore, under the same carding condition, the output can be increased by about 50%.

In recent years, Fujian province has vigorously promoted the development of regional cotton textile industry through supporting policies such as machine substitution.

According to Chen Chun, director of Fuzhou textile engineering society, at present, Fujian province has more than 12 million spindles for cotton spinning spindles, and Changle accounts for more than 50% of key industrial clusters.

Take Changle as an example, enterprises attach great importance to technological pformation, and many excellent equipment technologies have been applied. The production efficiency, unit labor and product quality have been greatly improved. At present, the average number of employees is about 40, which has greatly improved the competitiveness of enterprises.

Good products are fundamental.

Although many cotton textile enterprises have been struggling in recent years, there are also enterprises in the past few years to achieve contrarian growth.

Fujian Longyuan Textile Co., Ltd. was founded in 2012. Although the company has been in a very difficult period in the textile industry for more than 3 years since its establishment, its products have been selling well and the price is much higher than that of similar products.

Zheng Yongqing, chairman of Fujian Longyuan Textile Co., Ltd. introduced that at present, the yarn of Longyuan textile production is mostly cellulose yarn, mainly viscose, and the overall quality of products reaches 5% of the Ulster communique.

At present, the company basically produces by orders, and products are in short supply in the market.

The total scale of Longyuan textile project is 600 thousand spindles, which can produce 35200 tons of high grade pure spinning and blended compact spinning lines annually.

The company adopts 1199 sets of advanced spinning equipment at home and abroad, and the equipment level is at the top level in China.

It is reported that at present, there are 3 factories and 6 production lines and 180 thousand spindles are put into use. It is estimated that fourth workshops will be put into use in the second half of this year.

Compared with conventional spinning, the power consumption of unit products is reduced by about 50% because of the high degree of automation of the equipment, the good quality of yarn products, and the relatively low consumption of labor and electricity.

This has made Longyuan textile more competitive.

Zheng Baoyou, chairman of Fujian Jin Lun high fiber Limited by Share Ltd, is over 70 years old. It is a pioneer in Fujian's spinning industry, and nobody in Fujian's textile industry.

According to reports, he and his brothers and children set up a family of more than ten textile enterprises, the total capacity of these enterprises reached about 4000000 spindles.

At this seminar, Zheng Baoyou said that in 2013 ~2015, the textile industry encountered unprecedented difficulties. Many enterprises believed that the textile industry's profits were low and began to retreat, and some textile enterprises were even in the "zombie" state of shutting down production or reducing production.

In fact, enterprises should look at this problem optimistically. It is because of low profits and difficulties that they will force enterprises to change, innovate and pform. Once innovation is made, there will be unexpected gains.
