Starting next month, buying children's clothing can see the new standard number "GB31701-2015".

According to the different safety requirements, the new standards are divided into three categories: A, B and C. Class A is the best and class B is the next. C is the basic requirement.

Infant textile products (which are suitable for infants and young children under 36 months of age and below) should meet category a requirements. Children's textile products directly exposed to the skin (for children over 3 years of age and below 14 years of age) should at least meet the requirements of category B, and children's spinning products that are not directly exposed to the skin should at least meet the requirements of category C.

Children's clothing should be marked with category A, B or C on the instructions. Infants and young children's textiles should be marked with "baby products" on the label.

For accessories, it is not suitable for infants and young children to use accessories which are less than or equal to 3mm, and the tensile strength of all kinds of attachments that infants may grasp should meet certain requirements.
