Because NPE is the most commonly used detergent and dyeing auxiliaries in textile industry, it accounts for more than 80% of China's market share. At present, more than 50% of the textile products in the market will not meet the EU NPE limit requirements, especially in printing, dyeing, leather, chemical fiber and other enterprises. In order to meet the requirements of the new EU regulation, the production enterprises need to upgrade and transform the processes such as scouring, bleaching and dyeing. The process is complex and the parameter adjustment is difficult. At the same time, raw materials and testing costs also need to increase by 10% to 30%.
