Nike Will Build European Logistics Park Near Antwerp, Belgium

Nike said the new distribution center was built on the LEED, a global environmental impact assessment standard. The LEED standard provides a framework for the planning, construction, maintenance and operation of the company. The European Logistics Park will use renewable energy 100%, including wind energy, solar energy, geothermal energy, hydroelectric power and bio energy.

Among them, six sets of 150 m high wind turbines in the park generate enough electricity to meet the electricity demand of 5000 families, while the solar panels cover an area equal to 3 football fields.
