The New National Standard For Outdoor Sportswear Will Be Implemented In November 1St.

Recently, AQSIQ and the National Standards Commission released the "Outdoors".

"National standard" (GB/T32614 - 2016).

The standard is safe for assault clothing.

The basic performance and functional indicators have been stipulated, and the safety requirements for children are specially specified.

The new standard will be implemented in November 1st.

It is understood that the safety requirements of this standard for the suit clothing include formaldehyde content, pH value, odor, decomposable carcinogenic aromatic amine dye and so on. To meet the requirements of the basic safety technical specification for national textile products, the basic performance requirements of the products include washing size change rate, color fastness, color fastness to each other, color fastness to light, pilling, abrasion resistance, tear strength, strength of trousers and post crotch joints. Functional requirements include surface moisture resistance, hydrostatic pressure and moisture permeability.

In order to ensure that the functional requirements of the suit clothing are applicable to various outdoor sports needs, the standard divides the functional requirements of the suit clothing (surface moisture resistance, hydrostatic pressure and moisture permeability rate) into professional category (I level) and non professional category (II level), and the former is more stringent than the latter.

The specific performance requirements are: surface moisture resistance, commonly known as water repellent, refers to dripping drops on fabrics, such as dew on lotus leaves, naturally slipping without leaving traces. The standard stipulates that the water level before washing is 4, and the waterproof property is evaluated as "having good anti wetting property".

Hydrostatic pressure, that is, fabric, can resist high water pressure for a long time, while the inner layer does not seep or wet. The standard sets the corresponding indicators for the fabric and fabric joints.

The standard specifies the moisture permeability to obtain better thermal and moisture comfort. The moisture permeability of the product is 5000 and 3000 of the class I product. The test requirements for the moisture permeability are increased, and the functional performance of the product is better guaranteed.

In order to protect children's health, the standard specifies safety requirements for children, such as safety requirements for children's tops, safety requirements for ropes and belts.

The standard also stipulates the durability requirements of the clothing, including pilling, wear resistance, tearing strength, and the strength of trousers crotch joints. It is mainly considered that in general outdoor activities such as mountaineering, crossing and so on, there may be a variety of unexpected factors to scrape or damage the clothing, thereby affecting the use function and aesthetic appearance of the clothing.
