The official business card and personal business card are all applicable to the settlement items specified in the mandatory settlement catalogue of official cards.

After issuing official business cards, personal business cards are mainly used for settlement of travel expenses, and official business cards are mainly used for settlement.

The two issuing banks, together with ICBC Jiangsu branch and the CCB Jiangsu branch, have overcome a series of technical difficulties, such as the upgrading of 8 card BIN, the updating of the credit card environment, and the settlement of RMB single currency.

The Provincial Department of finance will continue to promote the comprehensive issuance and use of official business cards at the provincial level. On this basis, the reform pilot will be extended to cities and counties, and the environment of official card use cards should be improved, the settlement methods should be standardized, the scope of settlement should be expanded, and dynamic monitoring should be strengthened.
