    In the evaluation of the alliance's activity degree carried out by the liaison group of the industrial technology innovation pilot alliance of the Ministry of science and technology, the "new generation textile equipment industry technology innovation alliance" has been appraised as an active high Alliance for two consecutive times.

    In terms of standardization of organizational activities, collaborative innovation activities, technical radiation activities for the industry, and publicity and exchange activities, the work is ahead of other alliances.

    Since the formal announcement of its establishment in September 9, 2009, a new generation of textile equipment industry technology innovation alliance has made full use of the high-quality resources in the industry, and has carried out the research and development of the key common technology and forward-looking technology and equipment of the new generation of textile equipment around the key issues of textile machinery industry technological innovation, and has achieved impressive results.

    Li Xueqing, Deputy Secretary General of the China Textile Machinery Association, believes that the new generation of textile equipment industry technology innovation alliance takes enterprises as the main body, based on the theoretical research and basic research of domestic universities, as well as the research institutes' research on manufacturing, using technology, testing and testing, and so on, to gather innovative resources, thereby promoting major breakthroughs in key technologies and common technologies of textile equipment, supporting and leading industrial technology innovation.

    Construction of technological innovation chain by combination of production, teaching and research

    One of the main tasks of the strategic alliance of industrial technology innovation is to build a technological innovation chain around the industrial chain and open up a channel for the pformation of scientific and technological achievements into real productive forces.

    At present, the new generation of textile equipment technological innovation industry alliance has combined the backbone enterprises, universities, scientific research institutions and upstream and downstream industrial enterprises in the industry. There are 44 members, including 34 enterprises, 5 universities, 3 research institutions and 2 other types of units, forming 3 Textile Innovation industrial chains.

    The member units have the representativeness of the technical level of the industry, which is more conducive to improving the overall technical level of the industry and breaking through the bottleneck of the technological development of the industry.

    According to Li Xueqing, the new generation of textile equipment technology innovation industry alliance has mainly carried out three aspects of work.

    First, the development trend of industry technology is studied.

    For example, in order to provide technical support for formulating the "guiding opinions on the development of textile machinery industry in 13th Five-Year", the intelligent development of textile machinery equipment is discussed.

    At the same time, technical exchanges and technical training are being carried out in improving enterprise management level, reducing production costs and cultivating professional talents.

    In December 2014, the leaders and technology leaders of some textile machinery enterprises in the League organized an inspection group. They visited the German SIEMENS, the Swiss 100 Chao, the French Stowe Bill company and the German tringen University. They studied and exchanged ideas and practices of "industry 4", understood how to increase labour productivity, shortened the cycle of new product listing, and improved the quality and reliability of products. They felt close to the excellent, precise and high quality precision manufacturing of European countries such as Germany, with a view to further strengthening the exchanges and cooperation between textile machinery enterprises in the field of technological innovation and the international community, and accelerating the construction of technological innovation system of enterprises.

    We should speed up and deepen the research and development of high-end textile technology and equipment, strengthen the research on key common technologies in the textile machinery industry, cultivate leading products and core technologies with independent intellectual property rights, and improve the technological content of products.

    Third, do well in the infrastructure construction of alliance institutions, enhance the coordination among member units in the alliance, establish mutual trust mechanism, strengthen the integration of production, learning and research, and integrate the upstream and downstream industries chain, and promote the sharing of intellectual property rights and resources.

    Tackling key problems and leading industrial technology progress

    Since its establishment, the "new generation of textile equipment industry technology innovation alliance" has undertaken the national key technology support program "new generation textile equipment" key project, "carbon fiber multi-layer weaving equipment and technology research and development" project, and "numerical control generation mechanical product innovation application demonstration project".

    According to the development needs and overall research contents of the project, the project is divided into 3 topics: carbon fiber multi axial warp knitting machine and technology research and development, carbon fiber multi-layer angle online weaving equipment and technology research and development, and carbon fiber three-dimensional tubular weaving equipment and technology research and development.

    The total investment of the 6 units is 93 million 830 thousand yuan, of which 32 million 930 thousand yuan is dedicated to the science and technology support plan.

    From the start of the project in 2011 to the conclusion in 2014, 4 new product prototypes, including 4 test bases, pilot lines and production demonstration lines, were developed during the project implementation period. 99 patents were applied, including 49 patent applications, 68 authorized patents, 18 patent authorization, 3 national and industrial standards, 1 enterprise standards, and 24 scientific papers.

    In terms of personnel training, through the research and development of the project, we have trained and trained a group of academic leaders and engineering technicians who are badly in need of the industry, forming an innovative team that can undertake major national projects.

    In the course of project implementation, hundreds of engineers, senior engineers and above technical titles were trained, and 20 received master's degrees.

    In addition to these projects, the technological innovation alliance of the new generation textile equipment industry has also launched a joint tackling of key common technologies in textile machinery industry.

    Therefore, the new generation of textile equipment industry technology innovation alliance chooses the common technology of steel wire ring surface treatment as the breakthrough point, organizes 12 units in the tertiary industry, research institutes and production enterprises, and solves the problems of enterprise's individual research and development strength, the difficulty of technological breakthrough and the problem of repeated investment.
