Expert Consultation Meeting On "13Th Five-Year" Development Guidance Of China Leather Industry

The association organized the "leather industry in China" in Beijing.

The expert consultation meeting of the "development guidance" (hereinafter referred to as "draft") seeks the opinions and suggestions of experts on the draft.

The conference invited representatives from relevant government departments, key provincial associations, key enterprises in various industries and research institutes, and a total of more than twenty ginseng associations. Li Yuzhong, executive vice president and Secretary General of the China Leather Association, chaired the meeting.

At the beginning of the conference, the China Leather Association

Lu Hua, director of the special committee, introduced the compilation process and basic framework of the draft. The draft is divided into five main parts, as well as preface, concluding remarks and appendix.

The main part of the draft: ten development goals, nine tasks, five policy recommendations and two appendixes, Lu Hua sub and the same interpretation.

During the seven ten Executive Council of the China Leather Association held in May this year, experts have organized a centralized discussion on the draft. For the early feedback, Su Chaoying, director of the China Leather Association, summed it up as three points: first, forward-looking guidance; the goal should be clear; the actual situation and characteristics of the leather industry should be highlighted; two, there should be quantitative indicators as well as measures for grounding; three, the draft should refine the key points and avoid generalizing.

The draft to be discussed has been revised according to the comprehensive views of the last meeting, but there are unavoidable shortcomings. We hope to listen to the views of all sides and strive for perfection.

Subsequently, experts expressed their views on the revised draft, and put forward opinions and suggestions from different aspects such as frame structure, wording, goal setting, industry realities, and countermeasures. During this period, there were both macro guidance and meticulous micro grasp, which provided a clear direction and path for further improvement of the draft.

At the end of the meeting, President Su Chaoying made a concluding speech. He first thanked the experts for their advice and suggestions, and said that the China Leather Association will organize the relevant personnel to compile further amendments to the draft according to the results of the conference, and will formally release the eighth member congress and the eight enlarged meeting of the directors of the China Leather Association in August.

Representatives of the key industries and research institutes in various industries include Zhong Ningqing, vice president of leather and footwear Research Institute of China, chairman of the leather and footwear Research Institute of China, chairman of the leather city of Zhejiang, the general manager of Wei Hua, Xin Shen Da Shoes Co. Ltd., Huang Jie, the chairman of Zhejiang Zhonghui fur Co., Ltd., the deputy general manager of Snow Leopard Group Company, the chairman of Pinghu bag City, the Hebei and Xinji tannery Management Committee, the Party committee secretary, and so on. Representatives of the relevant government departments involved in the meeting include He Yanli, inspector of the industry division of the former national development and Reform Commission, Wang Minyan, deputy inspector of the consumer products division of People's Republic of China Ministry of industry and information technology, and an investigator of the consumer products division.
