The three year plan of action puts forward the goal of building a "smart manufacturing" demonstration zone in Zhejiang province.

By 2018, the total output value of the smart equipment industry in the city will reach 20 billion yuan, an annual increase of about 18%, accounting for 25% of the total value of high-end equipment.

It is understood that Wenzhou's electronic information manufacturing industry profits have maintained an average annual growth rate of more than 15% for 2 consecutive years.

In 2015, the total profit amounted to 2 billion 380 million yuan, an increase of 16.2% over the same period last year.

According to the three year action plan of Intelligent Manufacturing in Wenzhou, Wenzhou will focus on intelligent equipment, intelligent production and intelligent services in the next 3 years to cultivate key enterprises, implement key demonstration projects, and build intelligent manufacturing demonstration bases.

In view of the current shortage of innovative capability in the manufacturing process, Wenzhou will speed up the construction of a number of digital factories, intelligent workshops and Robotics (300024) production lines.

The intelligent application level of production, management and service forms an intelligent manufacturing mode with industry characteristics.

To this end, Wenzhou will implement 100 items each year.

"Demonstration project", in which 20 items were selected as the provincial "machine substitution" demonstration project.

The implementation of the "one place, one industry, one strategy" campaign focuses on the implementation of more than 10 industrial chain collaborative development "machine replacement" technology pformation pilot demonstration industry, to reduce attrition efficiency.

Through the technology of Internet of things, cloud computing and automatic control, the existing machine and equipment and production processes will be digitalized, networked and intelligentized to realize the "machine interconnection". By 2018, we will strive to achieve the networking rate of key enterprises and machinery and equipment more than 30%.

To this end, in the next 3 years, the city will also vigorously develop a set of backbone enterprises with complete design, R & D and core manufacturing capabilities for complete machine manufacturing, system integration and parts manufacturing, and support the development of backbone enterprises in intelligent equipment manufacturing to the fields of engineering design, equipment monitoring and diagnosis, remote operation and maintenance, and personnel training.

We will strive to cultivate more than 5 backbone enterprises of intelligent equipment manufacturing enterprises with more than 1 billion main business revenue in 2018.
