US Court Dismissed CDC'S Allegations Against Alibaba Group

The court ruled that according to the federal fraud act, the case of Kai Yun group did not prove that the "joint sale and holiday behavior" existed, because the alleged businesses did not unite or know each other, and there was no evidence that Alibaba had participated in or encouraged merchants to sell.
