    Facing the current situation, the textile engineering degree program of Hunan Institute of Engineering needs to actively serve the development of modern textile industry and the construction of the "two oriented" society.     Wang Jianhua, director of the textile engineering degree program at Hunan Institute of Engineering, said that by studying the needs of the industry and the scientific design plan, Hunan Institute of Engineering has led the establishment of the "ecological textile materials and dyeing and finishing technology", the Key Laboratory of Hunan provincial universities, and the practical education base of the "ecological dyeing and finishing" production and research cooperation demonstration base.

    Xia Zhiying is a 2013 grade graduate student in Hunan Institute of Engineering. During his internship, he aimed at the problems of long water vehicle desizing machine, such as high water consumption, high cost of water, electricity and steam, and the failure to produce special style fabrics. On the other hand, he consulted with the tutors and tutors of the enterprise, while he was in the factory workshop and technicians, and tried to use normal temperature and atmospheric pressure air flow dyeing machine (cylinder drawing machine) instead of long car desizing machine to desizing pure cotton dyed fabric.

    It not only saves a lot of cost for enterprises, but also produces more than ten kinds of yarn dyed fabrics with different styles and marketability.

    Li Xiaohua, director of the graduate student work of Hunan Institute of Engineering, introduced the school for the training of the master of textile engineering.     In addition, based on the current situation of high energy consumption and high emission in the textile industry, the introduction of engineering ethics and engineering economy has also been added in relevant courses, and the concept of "green environmental protection" has been infiltrated into teaching and practice.

    Tackling ecological textile technology

    Printed towels are the most common products in our lives, but there are a series of problems in the production process of towels, such as large water consumption, large alkali consumption and large amount of pollutant discharge.

    The research team of textile chemistry and dyeing and finishing engineering, led by Professor Yu Yulin and Dr. Wang Nanfang of Hunan Institute of Engineering, has collaborate with Yiyang Longyuan Textile Co., Ltd. for technical research. Many graduate students have been involved in it. After unremitting efforts, we have developed bio enzyme pretreatment technology and pigment printing process. At the same time, we have developed the technological achievement of high-grade beach towel double-sided photo printing and cleaner production technology, which has played a key role in energy saving, emission reduction and stable production quality.

    According to statistics, after the technical pformation of the project was completed, the company's comprehensive energy consumption per ton of towels was reduced from 1.88 tons to 1.61 tons, while the production capacity increased by 30%. The annual sales revenue of 33 million 280 thousand yuan including tax was added.

    The relevant person in charge of the company believes that enterprises are the biggest beneficiaries of "school enterprise cooperation": "not only to inject scientific research strength into the green development of the company, especially to train a group of talents who can undertake projects independently and understand technology and management, they are the new force in the pformation and upgrading of enterprises."

    Solid theoretical foundation and excellent hands-on skills make the textile engineering graduate students in this school present a trend of shortage of supply in the industry.
