The total investment of the project is 1 billion 500 million yuan, and the overall planning of 600 thousand spinning production projects covers an area of over 600 mu, and a labor-intensive enterprise that integrates textile production, sales and operation can provide more than 3000 jobs.

The investment and development of Xintai textile is a microcosm of Xinjiang's development of the textile industry.

At present, only 7 textile and clothing projects with investment of more than 100 million yuan have been fully constructed in Shawan County, and the textile and garment industry has become one of the main industries in the county.

The continuous development of enterprises has provided the employment space for the surplus rural labor force in the local areas, so that when they become blue collar workers, their lives have undergone tremendous changes.

Ma Haihua, a 26 year old textile worker, entered a textile enterprise in December last year. After the company's training, she has been able to operate the equipment skillfully. Now her monthly income is more than 3500 yuan.

Ma Haihua said, the enterprise is not far from her home, and the job is also especially suitable for her, the work is not too tired, she is very happy to work here.

The Kazakh boy also became a textile enterprise in November last year.

"Now I can get more than 3000 yuan salary per month. The days at home are not so tight, and the life of our family will be better and better."

At present, the number of employees in Shawan textile enterprise reaches 2032. After the completion of the construction project, 70 thousand people will be able to obtain employment.

At that time, more Sha Wan farmers and herdsmen will become "blue collar", which will enhance their quality of life while widening family income.

The Communist Party Secretary of the Shawan County Party committee recently proposed that it should continue to expand.
