    After repeated consideration of several markets around Beijing, Bian Li Ming finally chose Cangzhou.

    For her, the choice of Cangzhou is mainly based on the mature market here.

    Prior to that, Bian Liming has also been to other areas, Shijiazhuang, Tianjin, Baoding, she and her husband are going to visit each other, but it seems that the local market environment is difficult to satisfy her.

    "Some markets are not mature enough, and the passenger flow is difficult to guarantee. Many well acquainted merchants have found that business is difficult to continue, and then they go away. There are relatively low market goods, and the logistics are not so developed, and the surrounding facilities are not perfect enough."

    In contrast, the Pearl commercial town in the western new town of Cangzhou, nearly 380 thousand square meters of commercial business area, and the more than 4000 local merchants who have already settled inside, all let the limelink shine.

    Having experienced the growth process of Julong, Bian Liming knows the difficulty.

    At the same time, the two years' rent free policy offered by the trade city has also saved many worries.

    Most of the customers are from the northeast.

    Bian Liming admits that there are not many customers who follow her to Cangzhou. After all, her new shop has just opened up, and other wholesale markets such as the original century Le Le have not yet been relocated. She also understands that customers can't just make a special trip to Cangzhou just to get their own goods.

    But she still believes that through his own inspection, the Cangzhou market still contains unlimited business opportunities, and she also expects that after a while, after the completion of the overall wholesale market in the vicinity, the customers will come to Cangzhou.

    "Decentralization is not good for our business people."

    According to Bian liming, before a few wholesale markets in Beijing were able to develop, a very important reason was agglomeration. When customers came to the market, all kinds of goods they wanted could basically be bought one stop.

    She is also looking forward to the relocation of more merchants to Cangzhou in the future. After all, Beijing does not move, it is difficult for us to gather, and the passenger flow will still be dispersed.

    "Originally in Beijing, it feels like in a flowerpot, always ready to move, now here, like moving from flower pots to the ground, no longer need to move around."

    Although he is still in the exploratory stage, Bian Liming is still full of hope and expects to continue to "root and germinate" in this larger land.

    In fact, as early as three or four years ago, Li Guoyong had moved away from his mind.

    At that time, he owned a shop in the wholesale market of the zoo. After more than 6 years of operation, his clothing business was very successful. The size of the 15 square meter shop was crowded with customers from all over the country every day.

    In Li Guoyong's eyes, the location of Cangzhou is very suitable. The distance from Beijing is not too close, but not far away, but it is not far away. The traffic is very convenient. The high-speed rail takes only 51 minutes. From the high-speed rail station to the pearl trading city where its own shop is located, it is only about 10 minutes' drive.     The day before yesterday, the new shop opened its business on the first day, and there was more than 2000 yuan of turnover in the shop.

    Li Guoyong said that because the shops near his shop were being decorated, there was a lot of noise. He expected no guests to come.

    Li Guoyong has always been worried about the problem of children's school attendance, which has also been successfully solved here.

    Today, his children have been in grade three in the best primary school in Cangzhou, and Li Guoyong has applied for an apartment near the business city.

    He said happily that as a major preferential policy, the commercial city has reserved some apartment buildings for Beijing merchants, and Beijing merchants can purchase at nearly half the market price.

    "Now the residence is close to the shops, and the children's schools are not far away. They can also take care of their children more easily while working."

    Originally in Beijing, Li Guoyong was always busy dealing with wholesale customers, and his attention to retail was almost zero.

    But it didn't take long to come to Cangzhou. In order to expand the source of his shop as soon as possible, Li Guoyong also began to seriously receive retail customers.

    Before coming to Beijing in 2009, Dai Bi Yun had already taken several different places in Hainan and Guangdong.

    3 years after she came to Beijing, she owned two clothing stores in Dahongmen business circle, and every year she would rent shops for two months in the 100 rents market.

    After wandering outside for years, she felt good about herself, but when she thought of her daughter who was tossing her back and forth, she felt that she could not bear it.

    At first, instead of noticing Cangzhou, Dai Bi Yun chose a shop in another city of Hebei. "I felt like I was following the crowd at that time."

    But it didn't take much time to pfer to other people. She began to investigate again, and finally chose Cangzhou with more mature market and better supporting facilities.

    When I first came to Cangzhou, I could not avoid all kinds of problems.

    Dai Piyun had also been full of grievances. Even though he thought he was a man full of positive energy, Dai Yu Yun inevitably felt some falls in the days when he first arrived in Cangzhou, and even thought about going elsewhere.

    "After all, from the first tier cities to the three tier cities, there will always be gaps in the mind."

    Dai Bi Yun said that before leaving Beijing, she had talked with her friends about this topic. After arriving in Cangzhou, she really felt it was difficult to adapt herself. Even she had made some awkwardness with her mother.

    Merchants expect nirvana to be reborn

    "Compared with Beijing, the pace here is much slower."

    Dai Bi Yun said that no matter whether he drove on the road or the merchant came to get the goods, she felt slower than Beijing.

    Most of the local customers in Cangzhou speak dialect, "Cangzhou dialect is relatively straight, sometimes it sounds like a quarrel."

    Dai Bi Yun said that at the beginning, because of the differences in language communication, there would be some misunderstanding with the customers.

    Fortunately, for a long time, I slowly adapted to these, and gradually felt the simplicity and reality of the Cangzhou people. Her mood gradually improved and she no longer wanted to change places all day long.

    Business always meets all kinds of people. Sometimes there are some minor disputes.

    After Dai Bi Yun came here, he had encountered two times "unreasonable" customers, even without shopping vouchers, so he asked for a refund.

    If in the original Beijing market, the management will directly process, asks the customer first to buy the shopping document before, but this time, the generation cloud has to consult with the customer personally.

    "I can understand that there are some management mechanisms that need further improvement. Take it easy."

    Dai Bi Yun said.

    Dai Dai Yun's experience of various adjustments, Yang Tiemei, Minister of propaganda and liaison department in Dahongmen, seems to be a process of "rebirth of Nirvana".

    Yang Tiemei understands these businesses. Many of them just came to Beijing to start from a stall and develop into a private enterprise that now has tens of millions or billions of assets.

    "Cangzhou is an important member of the Beijing Tianjin Hebei one hour economic circle.     Wang Dahu, mayor of Cangzhou, has evaluated Cangzhou's position in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei.

    Though taking account of the time and place, the road of Cangzhou's undertaking has gone through a process.

    At the beginning, the 13 agreements signed by Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei basically identified Tianjin Binhai New Area and Hebei Caofeidian, Langfang, Baoding, Zhangjiakou and Chengde as the main battleground for integration of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, and Cangzhou was not among them.
