The cutting skills competition was officially launched.

In order to let more clothing practitioners understand this skill competition and widely mobilize the enthusiasm of front-line employees, in September 12th, Zhou Shikang, a leading member of Shenzhen Association, personally led the team into the production line of the famous clothing enterprises such as Ying and AI, and launched the mobilization meeting.

At the meeting, President Zhou explained the principles and policies of the state and Shenzhen on the construction of highly skilled talents.

President Zhou pointed out that at present, the policies of both the state and Shenzhen are to encourage everyone to do research and technology, and become talents. Shenzhen has repeatedly relaxed the standard of entering households, which is to pave the way for front-line skilled workers to settle in Shenzhen and take root in Shenzhen.

The leaders of the participating enterprises also indicated that vocational skills competition is not only an effective means to enhance the skills and quality of workers, but also a need for enterprises to establish incentive mechanisms for personnel training. They strongly encourage and support their employees to enter the competition.

Details determine success or failure. The participants should work hard in detail and strive for speed, accuracy and stability.

It is reported that the competition is divided into two links in the preliminary match and the final, and the preliminary match is based on the theoretical assessment. The first 50 winners are selected from the high self low to enter the preliminary competition, and the first 30 in the first competition are in the final.

In order to embody the skill characteristics of vocational skills competition, the competition theory accounted for 30% of the total score and the total score was 70%.
