The group has a number of professional and technical personnel and management personnel specializing in the development of nylon 6. The company is equipped with an independent polyamide 6 polymerization research and development center, spinning research and development center and Carle Mayer R & D center.

Among them, the R & D center was jointly built by Heng Shen and Beijing Sanlian new synthetic fiber science and Technology Service Co., Ltd., as a ground floor experimental project for the national support plan "research and development of the key technology of high capacity polycaprolactam 6 (PA6)". The project was successfully accepted by the state in May.

There are five R & D lines and 8 spinning positions in the spinning research and development center. All R & D sites are equipped with Japanese TMT multi pair hot roll heat setting equipment and functional masterbatch addition equipment. The product range can be developed from 5D-350D, covering a wide range of products, which can meet the differentiated needs of different customers.

In recent years, Heng Shen has independently developed a variety of functional and differential nylon 6 fibers, including one step drafting method, such as splitting filament yarn, environmental protection yarn, mosquito repellent yarn, luminous yarn, cold yarn, porous fine denier yarn and so on, and has won more than 300 patents.

One step drafting method is used to separate the filament yarn and the product has good fiber splitting effect. More than 10 series of varieties have been developed and extended to 8 production lines and 64 production spins, with an annual output reaching more than 2000 tons.

The mosquito repellent yarn series has been repellent to mosquitoes by up to 59% by the authority of the national inspection and quarantine center.

Environmental protection yarn, Heng Shen responded positively to the call of national low carbon and energy saving and emission reduction, developed by the slicing of nylon 6 recycled products, and realized the reuse of waste.

In this exhibition, Heng Shen will display various special products including mosquito repellent yarn, moisture absorption and sweat perspiration yarn, ice cold yarn, heat sensitive yarn and so on. It will also have the exhibition of new applications such as 3D printing and so on.
