Consumers must be vigilant and cautiously buy, neither be misled by obvious low prices, nor be deceived by false information, and actively guard against them.

According to the twenty-fifth provision of the new consumer law, the online shopping consumers have the right to return the goods within seven days from the date of receipt of the goods, without giving reasons.
But "seven days without reason to return" has been the difficulty in implementing online shopping.
According to the survey, 39% of consumers said they had rejected the "seven days no reason to return", and 45.4%, 26.3%, 23.6% of them met the problem of failing to deliver the goods according to the stipulated time, stalling or refusing to return the goods, and asking for additional fees.
