Li Wen told reporters that the Duke shoes industry is currently engaged in the production, sale and OEM operation of men's and women's leather shoes, and owns two independent brands of "Duke lion Dan" and "Mu Baili". Among them, Duke is the main brand of men's shoes, and Mabai is mainly engaged in women's shoes.
The Duke of Jiangxi is an independent R & D, production and sale system, formerly known as the Duke of Wenzhou, Yongjia. After the relocation of the production base, the Jiangxi region is mainly engaged in production. Wenzhou is focused on R & D and sales, and the division of labor is clear, which is conducive to the improvement of the overall efficiency of the company.
Duke has an independent R & D team, including development manager, designer and sample shoemaking. The designers mainly draw on the shoe fashion information from Guangzhou and other places, and do research and development on the basis of adequate market research.
At present, the factory adopts the more advanced shoe making equipment in China, plans to open 3 production lines, and has now opened and operated one. It is expected to open another one in May, which will achieve more efficient two assembly line operations. It is expected to produce 700 thousand pairs of men's and women's leather shoes in one year. The Duke is also engaging in OEM cooperation with many famous brands, such as woodpecker, spider king, red dragonfly, wooden forest, Japan, Europa, Jay Ho, and Oran.
"Online + offline" diversified marketing mode force micro mall

Li Wen, the general manager of the Duke footwear industry, has been training for more than 20 years in the shoe industry. He went to Wenzhou to become an apprentice in leather shoes in 1997. He became a technical worker in leather shoes factory in 1998. He fought marketing in -2005 in 2003, and opened a factory in -2003 in 2006, and founded his Duke company in 2012 -2016.

Li Wen also admitted that the relocation of the production base of the Duke shoe industry reduced its production costs, which led to the Duke's greater competitive advantage in the shoe market.
The Duke will change its sales channels to self ownership through three years, and in view of the weak sense of brand management in the domestic footwear industry, the Duke will work hard to build famous brands, increase investment in the field of micro businesses and electricity providers, and enable more consumers to have shoes with higher cost performance.
