    Shoes of Prey hired Seven For All Mankind and TOMS former executives -Andy Griffiths and Phillip Griffiths respectively.

    A year later, they moved their headquarters to the beach near Santa Monica, California, and completed a $15 million 500 thousand B round of financing.

    So far, the total amount of financing has reached US $25 million. Investors include Khosla Ventures, Greycroft Partners, Bonobos CEO Andy Dunn and Nordstrom.

    Shoes of Prey provides a full range of shoes and shoes customized services, based on materials, piping, heel height and insole color. Each pair of shoes sells for about $225, and its annual sales are close to $50 million.

    The company collaborated with various companies and celebrities, including nail polish brand Butter London, an Emmy Dress designer Janie Bryant, beauty editor Eleanor Pendleton and a well-known blogger Kim Jones, which plans to launch a marketing campaign later this year.

    Shoes of Prey focuses on direct consumer oriented websites, and sells some styles on Nordstrom's website.

    JodieFox once sold shoes in 6 Nordstrom stores, but when she realized that her customers were very used to online shopping, they stopped selling them.

    For millennials who are considered "self generation", she added: "they want to be themselves more than ever before, pay more attention to consumption experience, and care more about whether consumption can manifest themselves."
