According to Shu Qing, vice governor of the Henan provincial government, last year, cross-border e-commerce pactions in the Province amounted to $11 billion 100 million, more than doubled from last year, with exports of US $9 billion 500 million and imports of US $1 billion 600 million. Henan is moving towards global and global targets.

Wang Chong, deputy director of the management office, shared the achievements of Hangzhou in cross-border e-commerce. This year, 11941 enterprises in Shenzhen have completed paperless enterprises for filing, and the 67067 batch of paperless declarations has been carried out through the system.

It is estimated that each batch of goods can cost 100-200 yuan for enterprises to save materials, labor, pportation, agency, warehousing and so on.

Continue to expand the scope of issuance of e certificates.

Following the entry cargo inspection and quarantine certificate and the health certificate, the fumigation / disinfection certificate will also be included in the issuance of the e certificate after April 1st.

The implementation of the e certificate reduces the visa time of each shipment by one and a half days.

At present, an enterprise can log on the inspection and quarantine certificate information online if appropriate.
