The vice president of the China Fashion Designers Association, Liu Yuanfeng, Wu Xue Wei, Wang Yutao, the winner of the Golden Summit Award, Wang Lu, Dean of the school of art of China Women's University, Wang Wenjuan, professor of Art Institute of Beijing University of Technology, and the five design of big coffee are the gatekeeper of more than 1600 effective works from over 20 provinces and cities in China.

At the beginning of the evaluation, more than 1600 works were displayed in batches. The jury passed through the first, second and three ranks, and finalized 30 finalists.

"The growth period is the critical period of early childhood aesthetic education. Designers need to take into account the shaping of children's aesthetics. Therefore, I think the design color should be bright but not stimulating, and it should reflect a sense of intimacy."

In terms of structure and function, children's clothing and adults have quite different requirements. The design of "diminished adult wear" is not acceptable in the eyes of the judges.

"This is the watershed of many designs. Many works do not take into account the characteristics of children's lives, such as unreasonable design in local function. A design has designed zippers on the side pocket of the clothing coat. Although the design is nice, it does not take into account that children often fail to control the strength and easily scratch the back of the hand when they are carrying a bag. Another design has designed a large number of decorative bands on the neck, chest and legs of children, which can easily lead to accidental injuries."

Wang Lu showed some of his works to reporters, and the consideration of safety and comfort became the focus of his mentors' examination.

Looking at the entries, there are always more comprehensive considerations in this regard.

"There are more than 1600 entries in this competition, which can see the level of the national athletes, but a large number of works also reflect a common problem, that is, players are generally not very old, and may not have children.

The safety points are not enough. We hope that the participants in the future can consider this requirement carefully.

Wang Wenjuan also stressed.

"When it comes to comfort and safety, some of the contestants also have careful consideration on fabric selection. Many fabric samples choose cotton or wool and other natural fibers or elastic functional fabrics, taking care of the children's health and sports needs, and it is worth affirming."

Too many accessories and extravagance are not for the judges.

"On the one hand, too much decoration will be very heavy, which is not in line with children's sports characteristics. On the other hand, too luxurious accessories is not conducive to children's values education."

Wang Yutao said that only the accessories that accords with childishness can give bonus points to design.

The competition is amazing, and it reflects the competition standard of "China Zhili" National Children's wear design competition and the higher requirements for the improvement of the work.

It is reported that 1 gold medals will be set up in this competition, 100 thousand yuan in bonus, 2 in silver, 50 thousand in prize money, 3 in bronze, 30 thousand in prize money, 1 in Arts and crafts, 10 thousand in prize money, 14~19 in merit, and 3000 in bonus, respectively.

By mid April, the contest's preliminary assessment has come to an end. After the next few months' production, the finalists will win the battle of the Forbidden City in July.
