BluestoneGlobalHoldingsLimited (hereinafter referred to as the "proposer") proposes to privatize Bao Guo international at the price of HK $4.1 per share according to the agreement.
In response to the above proposal, the company made an irrevocable undertaking and promised to vote in favour of the agreement arrangement at the court meeting.
If this paction happens, according to the price arranged by the agreement, Wien Nash expects to sell the treasure international stock income through the Warburg trust to total HK $180 million.
