    According to Qiu Jizhong, such an ecological intelligent printing and dyeing line will not only achieve "zero discharge" of waste water, but also reduce the production cost by 25%, save 50% artificially and reduce the floor area by 80%.

    In traditional printing and dyeing enterprises, 8 dyeing VATS produce about 8000 meters per day, and the daily output of this new process can be increased by 8 times to 72 thousand meters.
