    The regeneration cycle of chemical fiber textiles is an urgent demand for the development of China's textile industry.

    The Research Report of the Chinese Academy of engineering points out that in the future, we should build a recycling logistics system guided by "zero abandonment, clean carbon, high quality and high value", build a recycling and recycling industrial agglomeration and demonstration park, and build an innovation and exhibition platform for production, study and research, so as to get rid of the waste chemical fiber textile recycling channel.

    Waste chemical fiber textiles are treated as garbage for landfill or incineration, which not only pollute the environment seriously, but also cause great waste of resources.

    Seeking recycling and recycling has become an urgent need for the development of China's textile industry.

    According to Jiang Shicheng, academician of the Chinese Academy of engineering, in order to promote the sound development and comprehensive upgrading of China's chemical fiber recycling industry, the Chinese Academy of engineering set up a consultation project on the development strategy research of recycling technology of waste chemical fiber and textiles in 2017. It was led by academicians in the textile field, relying on Donghua University, and invited more than 40 experts from colleges and universities and representative enterprises to participate in the research.

    One is the research on the basic science of regeneration of waste chemical fiber materials; the two is the rapid identification and sorting technology of waste chemical fiber textiles; the three is the pretreatment and resource standardization of waste chemical fiber textiles; four is the key technology and industrial upgrading of mechanical and physical regeneration, five is the key technology and industrialization of physical chemical regeneration, and the six is the key technology and industrialization of chemical regeneration.

    At the same time, the project forms 3 special recommendations.

    First, we should build a modern recycling logistics system for waste textiles.

    Under the coordination of the relevant state departments, the local government and professional structure should be combined to set up a list of waste textile logistics technology and equipment procurement. With the form of special government subsidies, a chain of reclaimed logistics of waste chemical fiber textiles will be formed with complete system, complete functions and orderly management and operation. Based on the construction of modern recycling logistics information platform, the intelligent recycling box, specialized logistics vehicle and distribution management station will be constructed in a progressive way, and a 200 km recycling economic circle will be built to achieve the full coverage of the recycling logistics network system.

    Second, we should build a recycling industrial cluster and demonstration garden for waste chemical fiber textiles.

    We should make full use of the synergy and scale effect, optimize the allocation of resources, improve the efficiency of resource utilization, and form a combination of dots, dots and surfaces to form a radiant drive to promote the recycling of waste chemical fiber textile industry to achieve rapid development.

    Third, we should build innovation and display platform for waste chemical fiber textiles.

    It is suggested that the state set up special national key laboratory for recycling of waste textiles and national engineering and technology research center, strengthen research and talent platform construction, speed up the basic research of chemical fiber regeneration and the pformation of research results.
