Recently, Fujian Weiyi polyamide Technology Co., Ltd. in Changting Tengfei Development Zone saw only 5 sets of TMT high-end industrial automation equipment imported from Japan, which is running steadily.
According to the director of Weiyi polyamide, the equipment has the functions of automatic cutting, gathering, high-speed spinning, stretching, winding, automatic dropping, pportation, testing, packaging and warehousing. It is an intelligent automatic pipelining system which was applied in the chemical fiber industry in China.
After being put into use, the labour force was reduced by more than 60%, and only 130 people needed to employ 130 people.
Annual revenue and cost savings are about 4 million yuan.
This is a microcosm of Changting's textile industry's implementation of "machine changing jobs" and green development.
In the 1-5 month of this year, the output value of textile and garment industry reached 3 billion 430 million yuan, an increase of 9.6%.
