Zhang Yi, a member of the intelligent plant project team, said that it is the "identity code" of this suit, which contains all the information such as fabric, size, process standard and so on.

This information is displayed to the workers through an exclusive tablet computer before each workstation.

In this way, when the fabric arrives at the workstation, the workers have already understood the technological requirements of the suit, and there will be no deviation when sewing.

Zhang Yi said that by issuing commands from the control system, cloth can "know" what places to do and what things to do, from the tailoring finished cloth to a set of ready to sell garments, and the whole process of "not to touch the ground" is completed on the hanging system, thus saving a lot of people, material and time costs.

"More than 70 pieces of cloth, more than 300 processes. It takes 15 days to produce a tailored YOUNGOR suit. It only takes 2 days now.

After the launch of the intelligent plant, it is estimated that the annual output will reach more than 140 thousand units, and the production capacity will be increased by 20%.
