3, violating the Joint Disciplinary System of dishonesty and being restricted to obtain government subsidy funds;

4, in addition to the above circumstances, there are other serious environmental offences stipulated by relevant laws and regulations.

In terms of service outsourcing and pportation subsidy, "pitional policies and measures for pformation and upgrading of printing and dyeing enterprises outside the park outside the Lianjiang River Basin" (outsourcing of service subsidies) have been put forward to promote the pformation and upgrading of printing and dyeing enterprises in the Lianjiang River Basin and stop production and exit through the service outsourcing pportation cost subsidy.
