Myagric: Statistics And Postholiday Prediction Of Spring Festival Holiday In Textile Enterprises

Introduction: according to the statistics of my farm produce network, it is less than half a month away from the Spring Festival, but many textile enterprises have already started the early holiday arrangement. At the same time, many weaving factories are preparing to take the vacation ahead of schedule.

According to statistics, most of the textile enterprises in Shandong, Hebei, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Zhejiang and other spinning enterprises are on holiday after twenty (January 25th), and some of them are earlier than the same period in 2018.

Most of the small and medium sized whole cotton weaving mills are preparing for early holidays this year. The textile mills which are still at the same time as they did in previous years are still rushing to make pre orders, and most of them are made of large weaving factories.

According to my agricultural product network, some large textile enterprises have holiday time for national statutory holidays, and even during the new year, factories maintain normal production, preparing for post holiday orders.

At the beginning of the new year, the cotton market in January 2018 was insipid, and the competition was fierce. The price of textile enterprises was mainly reduced by price. The price of pure cotton 32S 22800 ring / ring spinning remained at RMB $/ ton.

In the medium and long term, the market of cotton yarn has room for improvement. In the short term, the supply of new cotton market is adequate, and the pressure on warehouse receipts of zhengmian (15345, 75, 0.49%) is bigger, and the price is rising.

Years ago, textile enterprises no longer accepted loans and goods, mostly cash in cash and order goods. It is expected that some textile enterprises will raise the price of cotton yarn after 200-500 years, and the price increase will be RMB $/ ton.

According to my agricultural product network, when the cotton textile prosperity index is higher than 50, it indicates that the cotton textile industry is in a better position, and less than 50 indicates that the economic level is not good enough.

It can be clearly seen from the chart that after 2016-2018 years of Spring Festival, the prosperity index of China's cotton textile industry is on the rise. After the Spring Festival, the production and operation of textile enterprises have gradually entered the formal stage, the demand for the downstream has increased, orders have followed, the price of products has risen slightly, the profits of enterprises have been improved, and the industrial prosperity index has rebounded seasonally.

According to my agricultural product network, from the above picture, after 2016-2018 years of Spring Festival, the downstream fabric turnover situation is on the rise.

"Gold three silver four" is the traditional peak season for textile industry, with the increase of downstream orders and strong demand, it is expected that after 2019, the downstream market will still warm up.

According to my agricultural product network, statistics on Textile Enterprises above Designated Size, 52% of cotton spinning enterprises are optimistic about post market quotations, and have room for improvement; 36% of cotton spinning enterprises are not optimistic about post market quotations, pessimistic, and think that market supply pressure of raw materials is larger; 12% of cotton textile enterprises believe that after the festival, the market keeps stable, orders go goods and pactions are general.

Statistical samples involving more than 200 cotton textile enterprises, the total capacity of the national cotton textile industry accounted for more than 70% of the total, with industry representation.
