The Chengdu Market Supervisory Authority (formerly the Chengdu Administration for Industry and Commerce) made quality checks on the down garments and cold proof clothes sold in the circulation market of Chengdu hi tech Development Zone, Shuangliu district and Jianyang city in the fourth quarter of 2018.
