Busen Is Frozen More Than 950 Yuan
In January 30th, Busen replied to the Shenzhen Stock Exchange's inquiry letter that the company had frozen four yuan of frozen accounts in its general account, accounting for 9 million 526 thousand and 500 yuan, accounting for only 8.4% of the company's Monetary Fund. The company's daily business activities had not been seriously adversely affected.
The company is located in Mayuan village, Maple Town, Zhuji City, Zhejiang province. Its land and property are used for warehousing and logistics. The land and property seizure does not affect the normal use of the company's daily operations. However, the part of land and property can not be pferred or mortgaged during the period of seizure. The land and property are sealed up and will not have a significant adverse impact on the company's day-to-day business activities.
In addition, Busen's external guarantee was suspected of embezzlement or forgery because of its official seal. Busen said in its announcement that up to now, no decision has yet been made.
