Huangmei County Economic Development Zone deputy director Ma Lei Gang introduced that in 2012, Huangmei County Textile Industrial Park became the third batch of national textile industry pfer pilot park.

In 2017, the world's most intensive textile production base, Wujiang District, Suzhou, decided to reduce 104 thousand spray looms in 3 years due to resource constraints and upgrading needs.

The reporter saw that the waste water produced in the production process was not discharged in vain, but concentrated treatment. After reaching the standard, it went back to the production area to wash, the remaining impurities were extruded into mud, recovered and disposed by the environmental protection department, and a drop of waste water was discharged.

Qin Yabing said that the company invested 8 million yuan to build a sewage recycling treatment equipment, the annual water consumption amounted to 480 thousand tons.

"Environmental protection is not in arrears, and development has the foundation."

According to introducing, Hongsheng textile output value last year 300 million yuan, product 50% export to Europe, research and development of Jinmian skirt high-grade fabric has been Hubei province pillar industry subdivision Field Champion, this year production order has been discharged to June.

The Huangmei county work class quickly coordinated the purchase of the surrounding Anhui, Jiangxi and other fields, promptly pported more than 20 thousand cubic meters of sand and stone, and completed the main road of the plant in the end of November.

"Business investment settlement is just the beginning. Good service and quick start are the key."

Liu Yuxiao, acting county magistrate of the Huangmei county government, said that the county is implementing the "35745" work standard, that is, the establishment of an enterprise within 3 working days is allowed to register, real estate pactions within 5 working days to complete the property rights certificate, enterprise investment and construction projects within 7 working days to complete the construction drawing examination, 4 working days to complete the project evaluation and assessment, from the establishment to obtain construction permits 50 days.

The whole process of service is carried out in the end, so that a batch of projects can be started or put into operation on schedule.

Mei Sheng Textile and only textiles signed late, but the progress is not backward, to achieve the start of the year; Hongfu textile signed in that year, the new 700 water jet looms; Hongbo textile signed in the second half of last year, in January this year, the plant has been basically completed.

Last year, there were 36 textile and garment enterprises above Designated Size in Huangmei, with a total output value of 5 billion 64 million yuan, accounting for 26.87% of the total output value of Enterprises above Designated Size in the county, and became one of the pillar industries to promote the development of county economy.
