Financing difficulty is a common problem raised by every enterprise.

Shi Tianfu, chairman of Jianlong Feng Textile Technology Industrial Co., Ltd., said that the upstream and downstream businesses are facing financing difficulties. "Banks are basically collecting loans, and they can not see lending. This is a headache for businesses."

Chen Cangsong, chairman of the Fujian textile and garment export base chamber of Commerce, said more directly. "Quanzhou bank has launched interest repayment business, and it does not need to repay the loan, but continues to make loans. But the business has not enjoyed it, and the problem of corporate financing has not been alleviated at all.

Faced with the gradual warming of overseas markets, financing problems will affect enterprise orders this year.

Entrepreneurs also reflect the confusion caused by employees' job hopping to enterprises. A key technical post of a company chooses to leave after the Spring Festival. It brings difficulties to the company's production because of the technical job hopping accumulated over the years.
