JP Morgan Sets Up Textile Rapid Employment Train With Textile Complex
American J.P. Morgan chase group is public spirited in Taiwan. It has done its best to fulfill corporate social responsibility. In recent years, it is aware of the serious problems such as youth unemployment and manpower fault in recent years. It supports the textile institute to carry out the "textile reserve cadre special class" program. On the 6 day, Xuan Zang holds the "school intern special class opening ceremony", and trains 35 students from different departments, hoping to cultivate cross disciplinary expertise in future product design, development and marketing services.

Based on understanding the importance of basic textile education and industrial manpower energy storage, in August 2016, we supported the first phase of the textile express employment train organized by the textile complex to assist 150 young trainees and pfer workers to complete the intensive textile specialized training for a month and a half. After training, the successful matching rate of the trainees reached 77% in the textile industry, creating a win-win situation for both the enterprises and the workforce.

In July 2018, the textile complex launched the second phase of the implementation plan, in addition to the original reserve cadres special class, the addition of the "school intern special class", aimed at the students in 72 hours of professional training, after training to match the enterprise internship, to help young people to reduce the threshold and shorten the time to find jobs, help enterprises accurately recruit new talents, reduce the initial training costs, accelerate the workplace adaptation and enhance the retention rate.
The second phase of the plan includes 3 classes of reserve cadres and 4 classes of interns. The intern special class was jointly handled by Xuan Zang for the first time this year. With the demand for industrial digital talents, combined with 3D software, the concept of social media operation and operation, visual communication and AR/VR application skills, the development of digital planning and application ability, and the latest industrial practice course: "new trend and application of textile in the new retail era" were launched.
In addition, a reserve cadre special class will be launched in July 3rd. It is expected that more than 35 college graduates will be trained.
At present, enrollment activities and enterprise wide publicity Association have been launched enthusiastically. The number of registered joint recruitment companies has reached 20, including a number of listed textile enterprises such as Ju Yang, Nan Wei, Wei Quan and so on.
