Jinyu Car City (000803): North Control Yuyang Intends To Offer 17.74% Stake In The Company
On the night of March 14th, Jinyu car city (000803) announced that on the same day, the company received a summary of the tender offer report issued by Fuzhou North control Yu Yang equity investment partnership (limited partnership) (short for "North control Yu Yang"), and the North control Yuyang intends to make a price of 15.08 yuan / share, about 22 million 660 thousand shares of acquiring company shares, accounting for 17.74% of the total shares of the company.
The maximum amount of capital required for the tender offer is 342 million yuan, and the tender offer involved is a share held by other shareholders except Beijing North control PV Technology Development Co., Ltd. and its co operative persons.
The company's stock will resume trading in March 15th.
Notice shows that North control Yu Yang does not own Jin Yu car city shares, its concerted action Beijing North control photovoltaic technology development Co., Ltd., Beiqing Clean Energy Investment Co., Ltd., Tianjin Fuyi Business Management Consulting Co., Ltd., Tianjin Fuhua Enterprise Management Consulting Co., Ltd., Tianjin Fuhuan Business Management Consulting Co., Ltd., Nanchong state owned assets investment and Operation Co., Ltd. altogether holds 38 million 142 thousand and 500 shares of Jin Yu Cheng Cheng, accounting for 29.86% of total capital stock of Jin Yu city.
The company said that the purpose of the tender offer is to enhance control over listed companies, improve corporate governance and management efficiency, promote stable development of listed companies, enhance profitability and risk tolerance of listed companies, and enhance return on investment to public shareholders.
