Among them, a total of 15 textile related projects, including our Zhejiang Baoren nonwoven products Co., Ltd. participated in the "key technology and industrialization of medical and defensive nonwoven materials" project.
It is understood that the project has studied the manufacturing technology of electrical and magnetic double pole melt blown micro / nano crossing fiber non-woven protective materials, solved the technical problems of short service life of medical protective materials, tackled the online composite and functional integration technology of spunbonded / melt blown / spunbonded nonwoven materials, realized the characteristics of antibacterial and water repellent materials, refused alcohol and repellent blood, and developed high-performance medical materials such as guided moisture absorption and directional diversion, and environment-friendly nursing materials with both wet and strong dispersion characteristics, which greatly enhanced the safety protection performance and comfort of health protection.
In this project, Zhejiang Baoren nonwoven products Co., Ltd. is mainly responsible for the development and application of medical spunlaced nonwoven materials, full degradable and disperse sanitary spunlace nonwoven materials, and the adaptive technological pformation of existing equipment, which has promoted the batch production of various products.
At present, the product has been widely used in medical and health care, health care, maternal and child health care and other fields.
Over the past 3 years, the new sales volume has increased by more than 4 billion 500 million yuan, and the new profit has reached 540 million yuan, which has achieved remarkable social and economic benefits.
