Zhejiang Longsheng (600352) announced on the evening of 9, the controlling shareholder of the company received the result of the lawsuit, and the subsidiary of desta (Nanjing) dyestuff Co., Ltd. committed a crime of polluting the environment and was fined two million yuan by the court.
According to the announcement, the people's Court of Xuanwu District of Nanjing, Jiangsu Province issued the criminal judgment in April 5, 2019. The main contents are as follows:
1, the court made a fine of two million yuan ($1) for the crime committed by the defendant unit of Nanjing (dyesta) dye Co., Ltd. (within one month from the date when the judgment comes into force).
2, the court also made a judgment on the five persons involved in the staff of dyschad (Nanjing) dyestuff Co., Ltd., who committed the crime of polluting the environment.
The notice said that the amount of money involved in this lawsuit accounted for a very small proportion of assets and profits at the end of last year and had little impact on the profits and losses of the current period. Therefore, this judgment has little impact on the normal operation of the company.
