Starting Shares To Buy 88.57% Stake In Zhui Technology
In April 22nd, the children's clothing brand ABC parent company started Limited by Share Ltd (hereinafter referred to as "start shares") to acquire 88.57% stake in Shenzhen Ze Hui Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Zhui technology") by issuing shares, convertible bonds and cash payment.
The announcement shows that the initial shares were signed in April 21, 2019 with Zhui technology and its shareholders Liu Zhiheng, Ma Xiuping, Shenzhen Changyu Consulting Management Center (limited partnership), Longyan Hao Jia equity investment partnership (limited partnership), and signed the "framework agreement on Shenzhen Zhui Technology Co., Ltd.".
At present, the matter is still in the negotiation stage, and the two sides are actively negotiating and communicating.
It is understood that Zhui technology mainly engaged in electronic products, computer and peripheral products technology development, sales and online sales; clothing, mobile phones and supporting products online sales.
