Priority should be given to ensuring the needs of textile and garment industry standard factories and warehousing and logistics sites. Subsidies for standard factories, warehousing and logistics projects for textile and garment industry, and municipal finance in accordance with the standard of 50 yuan / standard of national industrial parks (lower level standard factory buildings of 60 yuan / Qian) will be subsidized.

To reduce the rents of standard factory buildings, textile and garment enterprises enter the standard factory buildings in counties (cities). The actual rent paid is not more than 5 yuan per square meter per month.

Support for listing

In the case of signing a domestic stock listing company with a securities company, the completion of the stock reform award is 2 million yuan, 3 million yuan is awarded to the Jiangxi securities regulatory bureau for the completion of the guidance and record, and the successful listing is rewarded by 6 million yuan (the above award contains 5 million yuan of the provincial government's financial reward). The first time the overseas listing is issued, the 4% enterprises (2% of the provincial and municipal financial awards) are granted the lowest 2 million yuan, the highest reward not exceeding 10 million yuan.

The one-time reward is 300 thousand yuan for the title of the provincial "three products" demonstration enterprise, and the production enterprise of the famous brand clothing at home and abroad for the new merger and acquisition (or exclusive agent processing), and the annual sales income of the brand clothing reaches more than 100 million yuan, and the reward shall be 1 million yuan from the beneficial financial one time.

Training industrial talents

Support for the construction of textile and garment schools, giving preferential support to the finance, education and human resources departments of the city and county when the successful establishment of clothing schools has reached 1000 or more people.

We encourage vocational and technical schools (hospitals) to carry out vocational training in textile and clothing production, circulation and operation, carry out joint operation and directional training of schools and enterprises, and enjoy preferential policies and financial subsidies such as employment, reemployment training, housing security and other related preferential policies and financial subsidies.
