Under this background, "digital e system" arises at the historic moment.

"At present, the information technology of cotton textile industry generally has a low proportion of online monitoring applications, and the level of integrated application is not high."

Various kinds of cotton textile equipment with different manufacturers, different ages, different models and different interfaces were integrated into the same system to collect data of whole process data such as cleaning, carding, pre combing, combing, roving, spinning, winding and so on. A complete intelligent information collection system for IOT was constructed. The intelligent data acquisition card, protocol converter, digital filtering technology, bus technology and so on, which were compatible with various industrial bus protocols, were integrated into the data platform of the textile workshops, including operation data, quality information, personnel information, equipment power and workshop environment temperature and humidity. "Digital e system" is "intelligent management system for cotton spinning production based on Internet of things acquisition technology and big data application", relying on intelligent sensing technology, "digital e system".

The platform can realize the pparency of production, the workshops can be grasps at any time, realize the agility of production and manufacture, realize the refinement of equipment, personnel and quality management, reduce paper entry, save labor and avoid human error, realize the whole process of the product, monitor and record all directions, classify orders at any time, automatically according to class, variety and batch, form hundreds of reports, fine production balance on each process, and accurately predict the driving time and output of the front and back process through real time data collection.

Tianxiang textile, through the construction of the "digital e system" project, can realize the informationization of the whole production process, explore the new direction of the development of the cotton spinning industry, further build the intelligent spinning workshop, and achieve the ultimate goal of guiding the "intelligent production" with the "big data flow".
