(1) the setting temperature should be determined according to the elastic shrinkage and thickness of the fabric. If the temperature is too high, the strength will decrease, the elasticity will decrease, and the fabric will be discolourable.

The setting temperature is too low, the fabric is easy to curl, the width is not stable, and the shrinkage rate is large.

(2) the speed of the stereotyped vehicle depends mainly on the length and setting temperature of the setting area. The speed is too fast to be finalized. The fine wrinkles in the dyeing and finishing process are not easy to solve, and the speed is slow, especially under high temperature, the fabric is yellowed and the elasticity decreases.

(3) stereotyped over feeding, after determining the size of the fabric door, choose the appropriate excess feed and tension. It affects the weight and elasticity of the fabric, and the wrinkles are produced by cloth finishing, such as small fabric tension, too large feeding and uneven cloth surface. It is difficult to eliminate the fine wrinkles produced in dyeing process. The tension is large and the feeding volume is small, which leads to the curling of the heat setting.

Setting conditions:

When spinning cotton spandex knitted fabrics, we should take into account the different temperature of the spandex yarn produced by different manufacturers. For example, spandex produced by DuPont Co can withstand 190 degree setting temperature, and the spandex temperature in Korea is lower about 180 degrees Celsius.

Generally, the spandex content is below 5%. Knitted fabrics with curling edges are not serious when the width is cut. After the predetermined type, the open width dyeing can be carried out directly. If the content of the knitted fabric is more than 5%, the knitted fabric with open edges affecting the dyeing must be stitched to form a tube after the predetermined type, so as to dye it, otherwise the dyeing problem caused by the curling can not be overcome.

When the knitted fabric is dyed, suitable dyeing speed and nozzle pressure can be selected to achieve better dyeing effect. Its circumferential time is 2~3 minutes. The formula of speed is: cloth speed = ring length / cycle time.
