New Achievements Have Been Made In The Functional Differentiation Of Polyester Fibers, And The Three Project Has Reached The International Advanced Level.
Recently, the development and industrialization of the key technology of composite spinning new microfiber and its textiles jointly undertaken by Limited by Share Ltd, Zhejiang Sci-Tech University and Zhejiang Sci-Tech University, and the "in situ polymerization PET masterbatch preparation technology" jointly undertaken by Zhejiang huachin new material Limited by Share Ltd and Hangzhou Huacheng polymerization Fiber Co., Ltd., and the "technology of dyed PET super black filament yarn development" were appraised through the results of the organization of the China Federation of textile industry. The expert group, led by academician Yu Jianyong of the Chinese Academy of engineering, highly appraised the project results and believed that the overall technology reached the international advanced level.
"Composite spinning new microfiber and its textile key technology R & D and industrialization" project has developed key technologies for preparing raw liquid dyed deep black island composite microfiber, disperse dyestuff, deep sea dyed sea island composite microfiber, and split high shrinkage polyester / nylon composite microfiber. Three series of composite microfiber fibers and high grade fabrics with high color fastness, high pressure, deep dyeing and no grinding process have been developed. They are widely used in fashion and casual wear, home and automotive interior, shoes and handbags and other fields, and have good economic and social benefits. Developed technologies such as free dyeing or atmospheric dyeing, low Island ratio and other technologies have achieved remarkable results in energy conservation, consumption reduction and emission reduction.
"In situ polymerization of PET masterbatch preparation technology" project independently developed nano scale dyes (pigments) surface modified color paste preparation technology, prepared with good dispersion, thermal stability, coloring of the color paste, on this basis, conquered the color paste online adding high viscosity, high concentration of PET masterbatch preparation key technology, successfully achieved the pigment effective concentration of up to 35%, the characteristic viscosity of more than 0.6dl/g high quality masterbatch. The production cost of the technology masterbatch PET is greatly reduced, the energy saving and emission reduction effect is remarkable, the economic and social benefits are obvious, and it has good market promotion and application prospects.
The technology of black liquor masterbatch dyed PET ultra black filament technology has independently developed the black masterbatch compounding technology, which has effectively improved the masterbatch blackening. Through online addition of compound auxiliaries, spinning process optimization and key equipment spanformation, the system integration innovation has been carried out to achieve the smooth spinning of 30% of the masterbatch with a carbon content of up to 20%. The super black polyester filament made by this project has uniform color and blackness. The products meet the special needs of shading curtain cloth, luggage cloth, shoes and hat cloth, wire rope and other fields, and have good market promotion and application prospects. The project will help reduce environmental pollution in the post processing process. The effect of energy saving and emission reduction is obvious, and the economic and social benefits are good.

The project results play an important exemplary role in the high level differential functionalization of polyester fibers and promote the high quality development of the chemical fiber industry.
