2019 Forum On High Value Utilization Of Waste Textiles

In May 31st, hosted by the Shandong Circular Economy Association, the Shandong Circular Economy Association's Special Committee on the comprehensive utilization of waste textiles, the "green industrial chain innovation forum for the utilization of waste textiles in high value" in 2019 was jointly sponsored by China recycling economy industrial technology development Shandong Co., Ltd.

At the meeting, the circular economy Association of Shandong province aimed at the recent media reports that some enterprises or individuals reclaimed the old clothes of residents under the guise of public welfare and philanthropy. The chairman of the special committee of the waste spinning Committee conveyed the notice on the management of public donations donated by the Shandong provincial Civil Affairs Department recently, and put forward that the waste textile recycling should adhere to the principles of standardization, standardization and pparency, rectify the industry's recycling chaos, and gradually rectify the problem that some people in the community do not know enough about the waste textiles industry.

At the same time, the conference also focused on the current hot topics and difficult problems in the recycling of old clothes, and introduced the direction of the development of the household textiles. The professor Xia Zhaopeng of Tianjin University of Technology and Professor Dong Yuping of Shandong University shared the textile recycling technology and application. The main technology and application direction of waste textiles recycling in China were also introduced. The new Qingdao Shun Hing equipment sharing solutions for waste spinning and regenerating equipment were introduced. The participants visited the recycling economy industrial park of the waste spinning and processing demonstration enterprises. The revised Shandong provincial standard for group recycling of waste textiles was released and revised by the circular Economy Association of Hong Kong. The vice president and Secretary General Zhang Zhonglian signed the "special committee operation management agreement" with Wang Kai, Secretary General of the waste textile Commission.

The meeting pointed out that with the continuous improvement of people's living standards, the amount of waste textiles has increased year by year. According to statistics, the waste textiles produced in China are as high as about 26000000 tons per year, but the utilization of the industrial chain is not perfect. In all the renewable resources category, waste textiles are the only category that is missing from the high value utilization system at the back end. It is urgent to study new technologies and new fields, and break through the bottleneck of industrial backend utilization.

The three ministries and commissions of the Ministry of industry and commerce, Ministry of Commerce and Ministry of science and Technology issued the guidance on accelerating the development of renewable resources industry in December 2016, pointing out that R & D and promotion of efficient and continuous production technologies, such as rapid detection, fragmentation, crushing equipment, physical and chemical methods, suitable for national conditions, recycling technologies of waste polyester, cotton and pure cotton, breaking through pretreatment and separation technology, fiber high-value reuse and production technology, and developing a number of high value-added products.

By 2020, the total utilization of waste textiles will reach 9 million tons.

The comprehensive utilization of waste textiles is of great practical significance to China's textile industry's in-depth readjustment, the development of circular economy and the pformation of development mode.

Taking the high value reuse of waste textiles as the goal, tackling key problems of science and technology, tackling the key technologies of high value regeneration and utilization of pure polyester, Lun and polyester / cotton waste textiles, and building a series of demonstration projects of industrial chains with different applications through the combination of government guidance, production, study and research, so as to promote the popularization and demonstration effect of waste textile LV recycling, and realize the development of resource saving and environment-friendly circular economy.
