Because there is a naked flame when burning, if the operation is careless, such as cloth speed is too slow, the temperature is too high and the time is too long, it will cause the fabric burning.

3, finalize the process.

In order to achieve good stability, crease resistance and handle in the process of printing and dyeing, the stereotyping machine is needed to finalize the fabric so as to eliminate the internal stress and wrinkles caused by the fabric in the preceding process.

The three is because some fabrics, especially chemical fibers, generate static electricity through mechanical friction. The voltage can reach as high as tens of thousands of volts, which is easy to cause electrostatic sparks, thus causing fires.

4, dyeing auxiliaries.

Dyeing auxiliaries refer to auxiliaries added in the printing and dyeing process to improve processing technology, improve operational efficiency, improve fabric quality and related performance indicators.

There are hundreds of varieties of printing and dyeing auxiliaries, many of which are flammable dangerous chemicals, such as organic solvents, acetone, and insurance powder. There are also some printing and dyeing auxiliaries, such as sulphur dyes, insoluble azo dyes, phthalocyanines, oxidants, strong acids and strong alkalies, which are not combustible but react with flammable gases.

Two, fire prevention measures

1. The singeing room is the focus of fire prevention in printing and dyeing enterprises.

The singeing machine should have good facilities for dust removal, smoke exhausting and exhausting.
