Ganzhou Plans To Promote Textile And Garment Industry Development

A few days ago, Ganzhou launched the "three years of Ganzhou textile and garment industry development plan (2019-2021 years)" to promote the pformation and upgrading of the textile and garment industry and leapfrog development, and strive to create hundreds of millions of industrial clusters.

The plan is clear, and strive to achieve the output value of the textile and garment industry in 2019 by 74 billion yuan, 87 billion yuan in 2020, and 100 billion yuan in 2021.

Focusing on the target of creating hundreds of billions of textile and garment industrial clusters, the plan has identified ten key tasks, namely, the establishment of industrial development plans, the integration of production and development, the promotion of industries, the promotion of talents, the technical support platform for building industries, the optimization of the whole industrial chain, the quickening of the green development process, the acceleration of technological pformation of enterprises, the expansion of product sales channels, and the promotion of brand building.

Our city will employ high-level professional institutions to compile the development plan of the textile and garment industry of the city, and promote the formation of the textile and garment industrial belt with the emphasis on Yudu, Ningdu, Shicheng, Ruijin and Xingguo, and tilt to the textile and garment industry in the allocation of resources.

In view of the weak links in the textile and garment industry system of our city, we should further increase the strength of attracting foreign investment, increasing capital and expanding production and restructuring, and form a textile and garment industry chain that integrates production, supply and marketing, and integrates business and trade.

Enterprises should be encouraged to increase the capacity of technological pformation and technological innovation, expand the industrialization of intelligent equipment and new products with high added value, and promote the application of textile and clothing and related industries to promote intelligent manufacturing of textile and clothing.

The plan also clarified the relevant incentive policies. Our city will support the textile and garment industry from 11 aspects: increasing financial investment, setting up industrial funds, encouraging foreign trade, supporting R & D design, supporting the development of electricity providers, supporting key projects, encouraging the entry of standard factories, supporting listing, accelerating intelligent pformation, expanding brand influence and training industrial talents.

To promote the implementation of the plan, the city will build 100 billion textile and garment industrial clusters as a key task, strengthen organizational leadership, constantly improve policy support, optimize the service environment, and strengthen inspection and assessment.
