    In addition to the above reasons, the following factors should be considered when dispersing the broken ends: (1) the shorter the wavelength, the greater the ratio of the line density to the base yarn density at the crest, the more the broken ends. In the design of wavy yarns, it is necessary to satisfy the short wavelength matching with low magnification and long wavelength matching with high magnification. (2) the properties of the suitable spinning materials should meet the needs of the yarn varieties, and the high wavy yarns can not be made with low grade raw materials, otherwise the breakage rate will be high and the production efficiency will be affected.

During the spinning process, no slub or yarn support has become lighter. It can be checked one by one in the following situations: (1) the spanmission ratio of spinning process is not accurate.

       3. the actual line density of wavy yarn is larger than that of set line density.

    When spinning wavy yarns, if the actual yarn linear density is much larger than the set line density, the main reasons and solutions are as follows: (1) the parameter settings are wrong; (2) the process number is directly spanferred without updating confirmation; (3) the line density at the crest can be set higher than the actual one.
